I understand that medical advice provided during teleconsultation is based on the history, reports, scans, retinal images, and other information shared by me, and may be limited in the absence of a physical eye examination. Certain eye and retinal conditions may require an in-person consultation, investigations, imaging, laser treatment, injections, surgery, or emergency care for accurate diagnosis and management.

Teleconsultation does not replace emergency eye care. In case of sudden vision loss, flashes, floaters, eye pain, trauma, redness, or any acute visual symptoms, I will seek immediate ophthalmic evaluation.
